Wow, good job, Mr. Jenners! I miss carving pumpkins. I’d carve one in Tokyo if it didn’t cost me $75 to get one that size. Plus, E doesn’t like to get messy.

      • 10/28/2012 at 2:28 pm

Wow … $75! We got ours for $9.98. And my son doesn’t like the look and feel of the pumpkin insides.

    2. 10/24/2012 at 11:42 pm

      LOVE IT!

    3. 10/22/2012 at 10:33 pm

      Love it

      • 10/23/2012 at 8:29 pm

I was very impressed (but don’t tell him that.)

      This is amazing!!!!

      • 10/20/2012 at 8:17 pm

Since it was created, it has started to cave in a bit … which makes it both freakier and less amazing!

I don’t know about classy but it’s pretty awesome.

      • 10/19/2012 at 6:45 pm

That “classy” bit was supposed to be sarcastic because Stewie is many things … but he is not classy.

    6. 10/17/2012 at 4:33 pm

      He’s got skills!

I think it should be a national treasure.

      STEWIE!!! I’m super impressed!

      • 10/17/2012 at 8:03 pm

Isn’t Stewie perfect for a Halloween pumpkin? he is quite evil.

    9. 10/15/2012 at 7:50 pm

      NICE!

      • 10/16/2012 at 8:11 pm

Oh how neat!! I would totally buy one of those pumpkins!

    10. 10/15/2012 at 4:14 am

      Stewie? Love it!

      • 10/16/2012 at 8:13 pm

He makes a great pumpkin doesn’t he?

    11. 10/14/2012 at 11:29 pm

Love that bored expression. It’s a masterpiece!

      • 10/16/2012 at 8:13 pm

It was definitely harder to do than the traditional cutting out of pieces.

    12. 10/14/2012 at 8:29 pm

      very nice!!!

    13. 10/14/2012 at 7:33 pm

Oh no he didn’t! this is fracking awesome!

      • 10/16/2012 at 8:15 pm

        Isn’t it? I’m so proud. : )

    14. 10/14/2012 at 7:15 pm

      I am very impressed. Very.

      • 10/14/2012 at 7:17 pm

I shall pass that along to Mr. Jenners. He too is very impressed with himself. : )

    15. 10/14/2012 at 11:43 am

That’s awesome! Wish I could do something like that with a pumpkin, but I can barely carve those triangle eyes for a traditional jack-o-lantern. LOL

      • 10/14/2012 at 7:18 pm

I’m with you! He worked really hard on it. It wasn’t easy!

    16. 10/14/2012 at 9:04 am

I am impressed. Pumpkins seem to be in short supply here in the UK this year so I may well have to settle for looking at wonderful examples like this.

      • 10/14/2012 at 7:18 pm

        A pumpkin shortage!? Oh no!

    17. 10/14/2012 at 12:56 am

      ‘s cute.

    18. 10/13/2012 at 8:34 pm

I’m afraid, really afraid. I just do a simply old fashion boo guy. Mr. Jenners did good.

      • 10/14/2012 at 7:20 pm

He was quite proud of himself, I must say.

    19. 10/13/2012 at 8:16 pm

That is SO good! I am a terrible pumpkin carver, but maybe this year we’ll do something. I do love going to the pumpkin patch and choosing pumpkins….

      • 10/14/2012 at 7:20 pm

I do good with those stencil things and a kit but it isn’t easy and I tend to get bored and/or break the little saw thing.

    20. 10/13/2012 at 5:09 pm

Well done. How about yours and Little Man’s?

      • 10/14/2012 at 7:20 pm

We still have to do ours! Mr. Jenners just couldn’t wait!

    21. 10/13/2012 at 4:12 pm

Carving a pumpkin (or chiseling it) is harder than it seems! Not sure whose face is on this pumpkin….

      • 10/14/2012 at 7:21 pm

That face belongs to Stewie from the show Family Guy. He is a fitting choice for Halloween as he is a bit evil.

    22. 10/13/2012 at 3:49 pm

LOL. Brilliant, I love it! :)

      • 10/14/2012 at 7:21 pm

It came out really good … he worked hard on it.

    23. 10/13/2012 at 9:12 am

Not sure about classy…but definitely impressive! Rainman won’t touch the pumpkins at our house….they are all on me….maybe I will try to be a little more creative this year. Probably not though, don’t hold your breath.

      • 10/14/2012 at 7:22 pm

        It definitely isn’t classy!

    24. 10/13/2012 at 7:44 am

      Well done!

    25. 10/13/2012 at 6:44 am

Is this another new site design at the top? Would you consider re-doing mine? (And remodeling my house while you’re at it…..)

      • 10/14/2012 at 7:23 pm

The site hasn’t changed for a whole week now!! Amazing, no? And my design for your house is full bookshelves on all walls!

    26. 10/13/2012 at 5:56 am

My kids don’t even care about carving a pumpkin anymore. Plus we don’t live in a neighborhood so nobody sees ours. Poo on us! I need to hire Mr. Jenners. Maybe then somebody would want to come down our lane and risk a trick or treat.

      • 10/14/2012 at 7:24 pm

Awww…that stinks that your kids outgrew the whole pumpkin carving thing. It seems that Mr. Jenners hasn’t though … he didn’t even wait for us to carve with him!

    27. 10/13/2012 at 4:57 am

Impressive! Our pumpkins are BORING. We need to spice it up this year.

      • 10/14/2012 at 7:25 pm

I like the ones where it looks like the pumpkin is throwing up.

    28. 10/13/2012 at 3:19 am

      Love it!

    29. 10/13/2012 at 12:43 am

      Two thumbs up!

    30. 10/13/2012 at 12:35 am

I love that! I cannot carve a pumpkin at all. Even triangles give me trouble.

      • 10/14/2012 at 7:27 pm

I’m with you. He worked really hard on it. I don’t think I’d have the patience or the skill.

    31. 10/12/2012 at 10:30 pm

      That is AWESOME!

    32. 10/12/2012 at 9:40 pm

Fancy! He used a CHISEL? I mean, I guess I haven’t carved a pumpkin in a while but a chisel sounds super fancy.

      • 10/14/2012 at 7:28 pm

Originally, I called it a screwdriver but was corrected. He also used a Dremel tool — which made a HUGE mess with pumpkin flying all over the place.

    33. 10/12/2012 at 9:31 pm

      love it!

    34. 10/12/2012 at 8:52 pm

That turned out well! We’re still debating our pumpkin designs, but definitely will have something to do with Doctor Who.

      • 10/14/2012 at 7:29 pm

I hope you post finished photos of your pumpkins.

    35. 10/12/2012 at 8:26 pm

      Very nice!!

    36. 10/12/2012 at 8:20 pm

      Now THAT takes talent!

      • 10/14/2012 at 7:29 pm

I agree! It was a difficult technique to scrape the design from the pumpkin but leave the skin intact.
